I don’t like the changes to the app

It just seems harder to use. I like the previous version so much better. You ever hear the saying. if its not broke, dont fix it. Unfortunately now it is broke. I would be very happy with the previous version thank you.

My account to schedule my appointments is a mess

When I used the on line chat, the agent was not helpful at all. This person(or AI) did not allow me to talk to a rep by phone. I use your app to schedule appts, I do not have an account. I could not get into my account. I had to call and leave an unkind message indicating I needed to talk to a rep damn it. I finally got a call back that rep was good and said I needed to talk to someone to solve my prob. Frustrating and time consuming.

Bc you prompted me for one

So we continue to have customers call the salon bc they are unable to book through schedulicity. Old and new customers. Its asking for PIN numbers or codes that the clients cant retrieve or even asking they set up a new account for 34.99. I also dont like the new format of the platform. Why did it change? Will it return to normal?

Schedule for March

My schedule isn't automatically setting up for anything past March of 2024. I have to schedule by the individual day. Is there a glitch or did I do a setting wrong ?

Need help

There was an issue adding a provider. I requested a call back over the weekend. Monday morning first thing I received a call. They were very nice and cared about helping me. They resolved the issue promptly. Everything is good now. Id recommend them.

Technical difficulties

When I call a recording comes on and It says your call cannot be completed as dialed no number. I do not understand if this is a true way of contacting schedulicity there is this kind of error on your part.

I got a the answering service. So I left a message. I need to hear back from someone.

My Time employees use their personal phones to do business?

I use Schedulicity.com it is Great. MY TIME keeps calling my business to schedule clients. My clients go online & schedule a time with me & secure with a credit card. Before their session a client will get a confirmation via email/text. I had MY TIME clients come to my location thinking they have an appointment, but they don't. I called back the MY AGENT during my after hrs. A young woman was shocked that she forgot to disable her "forwarding" feature on her phone & told me MY TIME was closed. So call back in the a.m.
